Fitness training sessions are unique to each individual client. Your individual personal training programme can last from just a few weeks to more than a year, we can train three times a week or maybe one session every 2 weeks – the choice is yours! We come to you, whether that’s at home or in your office – we really don’t need that much space! I also love to train people outside – where you’ll get the added bonus of fresh air. |
